Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of bestbusbranding.com and any bus advertising campaign you book through us. Please read them before you place an order.
In effect from 26 August 2026
What this website is
This site publishes information about advertising on buses in Maharashtra: which fleets exist, which formats they carry, which depots cover which routes, and what campaigns typically cost.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices, availability and specifications are indicative until we confirm them to you in writing for your specific campaign.
Rates
Every rate published here is per bus per 30 days and excludes GST. Transit advertising attracts 18% GST on the total invoice.
Rates move with demand and with the season, and quotes typically hold for about three months. The figures on this site are a guide to help you plan. The rate that applies to you is the one we confirm in writing at the time you book.
Display rent recurs every month. Printing and mounting is a one time charge per bus, and it is charged again in full if you change the creative once a campaign is running.
Bookings
A campaign is confirmed when we have your written purchase order, agreed artwork and payment as set out in the quotation, and not before. Until then the inventory is not held for you.
Bus advertising inventory is allotted by the operator. In Pune, for example, PMPML confirms against a depot rather than against named buses, so you choose the depot and the routes that depot serves, and buses are allotted from it.
Artwork and production
You supply artwork in CDR or PDF, or we adapt what you have to each bus class. Every operator has its own display rules, and artwork has to clear those rules before it goes to print.
Production takes four to seven working days counted from the point we have final artwork, the purchase order and payment. It is not counted from the day you brief us. Please build that into your launch date.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything in the artwork you give us, and that it complies with applicable advertising law and the operator's content rules.
While the campaign runs
Buses run to the operator's schedule. Routes, frequencies and individual vehicle allocation are the operator's decision and can change.
Standard industry terms exclude vinyl that is torn, stolen or overlapped by another advertiser. We check the fleet during the campaign so that damage gets found and fixed while the campaign is still running, but we cannot guarantee against it.
You get dated photographs at the start of the campaign and at intervals through it.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, advance requirements and cancellation charges are set out in the quotation for your campaign, because they vary by operator and by campaign length.
Once printing has started, print and mount charges are not recoverable, since the material is produced for your campaign specifically.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the campaign we have confirmed to you. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss arising from a campaign, and our total liability for any campaign is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
This website
The text, layout, data and design of this site belong to us. Fleet numbers, depot lists and rate ranges are published so buyers can plan, and you are welcome to reference them. You may not copy the site wholesale or republish it as your own.
We work inside Maharashtra only. If you need bus advertising in another state, tell us and we will say so rather than quote for something we do not run.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
